Learn To Fly – 30 Minute - 2 Seater

A 30‑minute flying lesson in a two‑seat training aircraft is a focused introduction to real flight training. With just you and your instructor on board, the session is calm, hands‑on, and designed to help you understand how the aircraft responds in the air.

After a short briefing on the ground, you’ll head out to the aircraft and begin your lesson. Once airborne, your instructor will guide you through the fundamentals and hand over control so you can try flying the aircraft yourself.

A clear, one‑to‑one introduction to flight training.

Hands‑on flying with guidance from a qualified instructor.

Even in half an hour, you’ll gain a genuine feel for the aircraft and what early training sessions involve — a helpful insight if you’re thinking about learning to fly.

What's Involved?

A structured flying lesson that introduces basic handling skills and gives you time to try them in the air.

  • Pre‑flight briefing covering lesson objectives
  • 30 minutes in a two‑seat training aircraft
  • Hands‑on practice of basic manoeuvres
  • Time for questions and feedback after landing
  • Are there any medical restrictions?

Most people can take part in a flying lesson without any issues. If you have a medical condition that affects mobility, balance, or breathing, just let us know so we can advise you properly.

  • Are there any weight or size limitations?

Yes — light aircraft have practical limits. If you’re unsure whether this applies to you, get in touch and we’ll confirm before you book.

  • Is there a minimum or maximum age?

There’s no upper age limit. Younger students are welcome, but they must be able to sit safely in the aircraft and follow basic instructions.

  • Can I bring someone with me?

Two‑seat training aircraft do not have a spare passenger seat, so this lesson is one‑to‑one with your instructor.

  • What happens if the weather is bad?

If conditions aren’t suitable, we’ll simply reschedule your lesson for another day. Safety and comfort always come first.

  • Does this lesson count toward a pilot licence?

Yes — flying lessons can be logged as instructional time and count toward the hours required for a Pilot Licence.
